Optimistically, there are numerous influential organizations and institutions that are coming together to work on improving STEM culture for all students, particularly those that are most on the margins. They provide hope for the possibility that STEM disciplines, some of the most influential in human history can be as inclusive and welcoming as ever.  This is a difficult and complex endeavor that must be worked through everyday.  As a consultant or evaluator, Dr. Winger has had the opportunity to collaborate with and lovingly challenge the following groups and organizations in achieving their mission and goals in expanding STEM spaces for all.
